Engagement Party Cake

A cake and cupcakes I was asked to make for an engagement party.
The cake was lemon with a lemon buttercream covered in fondant.

Wedding Cake

This is a wedding cake I did for friends – I always said I would never do one but since they were friends I agreed to do it exceptionally.

The cake itself was chocolate, with chocolate buttercream. The cupcakes were carrot cake with cream cheese icing – unfortunately it was a very hot and humid day and the icing does not always hold up well under these conditions.

Cakes, Cupcakes & Pies Oh My!

Finally a new site! I will try and stay on top of updating this page regularly with photos, promos & everything else you might possibly want to know about cakes, cakes, oh yeah and more cakes?

Thanks to the lovely Catherine (check out her site here: http://www.minouchet.com) I will soon have some proper photos of my cakes. That is after I slave in the kitchen for hours making them.  I’m also adding a few new varieties to my repertoire so stay tuned for that!

In the meantime you’ll have to make do with these not so exciting pictures of my cakes.
