I am an American expat living and working in Luxembourg. I’ve always had a passion for baking that started from a young age and which was very much nurtured by my grandmother. I’m completely self taught but I love challenging myself to try more and more extravagant cakes. I endeavor to create cakes that not only look amazing but taste equally so. How many times have you seen a truly beautiful cake only to cut into it and taste dry sponge with a greasy buttercream icing?
