Engagement Party Cake

A cake and cupcakes I was asked to make for an engagement party.
The cake was lemon with a lemon buttercream covered in fondant.

Wedding Cake

This is a wedding cake I did for friends – I always said I would never do one but since they were friends I agreed to do it exceptionally.

The cake itself was chocolate, with chocolate buttercream. The cupcakes were carrot cake with cream cheese icing – unfortunately it was a very hot and humid day and the icing does not always hold up well under these conditions.
